Resort Positions
Guest Services
Our Guest Services team is the front line of the resort. This role includes greeting guests, answering questions, processing day passes and season passes, assisting with store purchases, and helping ensure everyone has a smooth, positive experience. Strong communication, a friendly attitude, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment are important.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping staff help keep our cottages and facilities clean, organized, and guest-ready. Duties include cleaning cottages after departures, restocking supplies, laundering linens, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the resort. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
Kitchen Staff
Kitchen staff support operations at the Waterfront Restaurant. Positions may include cooking, dishes, food runner, expo, prep, and kitchen support. Tasks involve taking orders, preparing simple menu items, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing friendly service. Prior experience is helpful but not required—we train on site.
Grounds & Maintenance
The Grounds & Maintenance team helps keep the resort running smoothly. Responsibilities include lawn care, raking, trimming, small repairs, light construction, painting, cleaning facilities, and assisting with dock and waterfront needs. This role is hands-on and outdoors, ideal for someone who likes physical work and problem-solving.
Kitchen Manager
The Kitchen Manager oversees daily operations in the Waterfront Restaurant kitchen. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, ensuring safe food handling and cleanliness standards, coordinating food preparation, managing inventory, supporting menu execution, and maintaining an efficient, organized work environment. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to support a fast-paced seasonal restaurant.
Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager supports resort operations across all departments and serves as the acting manager when the Resort Manager is away. This role includes supervising staff, assisting guests, coordinating daily operations for the store, restaurant, housekeeping, moorage, and grounds teams, and helping resolve issues as they arise. The Assistant Manager must be able to provide full coverage on the Resort Manager’s days off, ensuring the resort continues to run smoothly and consistently. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment are essential.
