Cottage Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM

RV Check-In Time: 03:00 PM
RV Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM

Cottages or RV sites will not be available prior to Check-In Time, but Guests are welcome to enjoy the Resort amenities prior to Check-In or once Checked-Out.

Cottage Basics. In each bathroom, we provide hand, face, and bath towels (one per registered guest). Beds are made-up with sheets and a lightweight coverlet. You may want to bring an extra blanket. Kitchens are stocked with dishware, cutlery, pots, and pans, a starter supply of dish soap, one roll of paper towels, a new sponge, two hand-towels, and a dishtowel. All cottages have a coffee pot, toaster, and microwave, as well as refrigerator, stove/oven. The Resort Store stocks several incidentals. If you need to borrow a specific item that may not be standard stock in a Cottage (spaghetti cooker, apple peeler, etc.), please stop by the Store and we will do our best to accommodate your need.

Please bring your own toiletries and beach towels. Housekeeping towel and sheet service will be provided once per week for guests staying longer than a week.

No Smoking. We are a No Smoking Resort. No Smoking (or vaping) is permitted anywhere on the Resort, whether indoors or outside of a Cottage.

Pet Policy. Despite being pet lovers, no pets, including support animals, are permitted on the Resort. Service dogs are allowed in accordance with the ADA requirements. If a guest is found to have a pet in violation of Resort pet policy, the guest will be required to leave, without refund and an additional cleaning fee will be assessed.

Extra Cars. A maximum of two vehicles is permitted per cottage. A $10/day charge will apply for additional vehicles, and all vehicles must display proper Resort-issued identification.

RV camping rates are based on a maximum of 4-person (exceptions granted subject to advance notice and Resort discretion) occupancy and one vehicle. Extra vehicles are $10/night.

Visitors. We encourage our cottage guests to invite visitors to the Resort, but all visitors will be subject to the standard daily Resort fee, and no visitors may stay overnight in the Cottage. All visitors must vacate the resort by dusk.

Tents. One tent may be set up at an RV Site, provided: (a) the tent shall not be erected prior to dusk and must be removed no later than 9:00 am, and (b) the tent shall be used exclusively for sleeping purposes; and (c) the tent shall not be used to accommodate any persons other than the approved number and named individuals who have been preregistered for the RV Site.

No tents may be set up outside the cottage areas.

Modest public restrooms with showers and coin laundry are available near the primary RV site area. The nearest dump station is available at The Wilderness Inn at Loon Lake, approximately 2 miles away. They are open 24 hours, 7 days a week, and have a discounted dump fee for our guests.

Sleeper Sofas. For cottages that have a sleeper sofa, sofa beds will be made up only upon request.

Quiet Hours. 10PM - 8AM. Sunsets and evenings under the stars are two of the many delightful things about a stay at Granite Point. To ensure all can enjoy them fully, please lower voices between dusk and 8AM.

Moorage; Personal Watercraft. Subject to space constraints, up to two “cartopper” paddleboards and/or kayaks per Cottage/RV may be placed in a designated (unsecured) area on the shoreline as a convenience to the guests. If you bring a personal watercraft that is trailered, you may launch for the launch fee of $15 and rent a mooring slip or dock space, subject to availability. If you intend to remove your watercraft rather than rent a mooring slip, you will be charged a launch fee for each launch or a dry storage fee. Please notify us in advance if you intend to bring a boat.

Minimum Stay. All cottages rent by the week during the “peak” season (late June through Labor Day); however, please call for exceptions to our minimum stays as we sometimes relax our requirements a few weeks in advance or have last-minute openings. At all times other than peak season, we have 2-night minimums (unless otherwise restricted on the website). Again, please call (509) 233-2100 if you are unable to find what you need on the website.

During the “peak” RV season (late June Through Labor Day) we have a 2-night minimum stay, however, please call us at (509) 233-2100 as we sometimes relax our stay requirement if there are last-minute openings.
