Were so glad your enjoyed your stay so much that you want to come back again next season! If you stayed at Granite Point in 2025, simply fill out this form and we will contact you in the fall for confirmation and deposit.
When we have an overlap in reservation requests, we give priority/preference to guests who have rented the same cottage during the same week in the preceding year. Otherwise, it is based on first come-first serve. No later than early October, we will send out notice and an invoice for the deposit to those guests who have been granted their first choice. Guests can then pay the deposit within the time permitted, or opt not to move forward, in which case we will promptly notify the person who is second in line and give him/her an opportunity to reserve the cottage/site by paying the 50% deposit.
